Welcome to Wellness with Meena.
I'm a certified Health Coach, helping professionals manage IBS and digestive issues naturally. I guide clients to better their health using holistic, functional methods and realistic lifestyle changes that work for busy lives.
My health journey began in 2012 when I was diagnosed with IBS. Rather than relying solely on conventional treatments, I turned to holistic solutions—learning about nutrition, movement, meditation, and mindfulness.
The transformation in my own health was so powerful that in 2021, I completed a diploma in Health Coaching to help others do the same. Supporting people to feel better and live with confidence is the work i'm most passionate about.
Before health coaching & mentoring, I spent two decades in HR and Talent Development roles across large corporations, including financial services and FTSE 100 companies. I understand people—how they think, behave, and grow.
This background means I bring empathy, insight, and a practical approach to my coaching, with a strong focus on empowerment, resilience, and inclusivity.

I offer personalised 1:1 coaching, starting with a minimum of three sessions. Each session is 50 minutes long and can be done virtually. We’ll explore your goals, habits, and any underlying health challenges to create a realistic, sustainable plan.
